Tara has a long career in public service having worked across the NHS, Emergency Services, Local Government, Charitable Sector and the Armed Forces.
She is proficient in strategic business management, holding a master’s degree from Sunderland University and specialising in strategy development, executive leadership, transformation and culture change.
Tara is passionate about engaging and authentic leadership as well as attending live music festivals with her family!
